As President & CEO of Weller Grant Services, LLC, I bring over 10 years of experience helping nonprofits secure meaningful funding to advance their missions. I supported clients across sectors, including animal welfare, youth development, performing arts, disability workforce development, mental health, and community arts, to secure nearly $700,000 in grant awards. Over the course of my career, I have contributed to securing over $300 million in federal grant funding.
I partner with organizations to customize strategic solutions, including grant strategy and planning, prospect research, proposal development, board development, and development of compelling fundraising and case materials. My approach is grounded in collaboration, capacity-building, and aligning funding opportunities with long-term organizational goals.
I hold a Bachelor of Arts in Biology/Microbiology from Ball State University and earned the Certified Fund Raising Management (CFRM) certification from the Indiana University Lilly Family School of Philanthropy. I am an active member of the Grant Professionals Association and the GPA Indiana Chapter, and I earned the Grant Professional Certified (GPC) credential, reflecting a rigorous, peer-reviewed commitment to excellence in the grants profession.
I am passionate about equipping mission-driven organizations with the tools and resources they need to thrive and take their work to the next level.
